Villa Xenofilia is a detached holiday villa situated on a hill with a gorgeous view of Moraira. It offers a private parking space in front of the house, two cars, and plenty of privacy. Villa Xenofilia has a fully furnished and comfortable interior. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, satellite television, telephone (for incoming calls), dining table and doors that open up onto the beautiful terraces. The fully equipped kitchen lets you eat in whenever you want to and the availability of a washing machine will save you time-consuming trips to the laundromat. The upper floor and the ground floor are linked by a stairway and offer in total four ensuite bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Each room features fine hotel quality beds and central heating. Each bathroom has a lavatory, bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The bedrooms on the ground floor have their own terraces that lead out to the swimming pool and a smaller (and safer) pool for the children.

The terraces have, of course, comfortable deck chairs and will offer you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, the private tennis court is located next to the house. Both the large swimming pool with a children’s pool are situated on the lower terrace and can be heated in the cooler months of the year.

Everything central heated, except two bedrooms upstairs.

Pets are allowed. Gas, electricity, and heating costs are not included.
