This bungalow has a covered terrace that is the full length of the villa and each of the various rooms can be accessed from the terrace through large, glass sliding doors. This incredibly well conceived design ensures plenty of light all throughout the house while the covered terrace keeps it cool. Xenofilia IV’s drawing room has a fireplace and a large, three-part sliding door that opens up onto the terrace. The interior is both modern and luxurious with leather couches where you can sit back, relax, watch satellite television or a DVD, or listen to music. All can be operated without having to move an inch. If you want to enjoy the music on the terrace while taking in the breath-taking view, that’s no problem at all. The entire house and the covered terrace are equipped with a sound system. This system is totally hidden away in the ceiling so you won’t be seeing any cables or chords lying around. Additionally, you will find numerous ADSL connections throughout the house. The dining room has an impressively large dining table that can easily accommodate six people. The open L-shaped kitchen is equipped with a sturdy countertop, ceramic stove and oven. Additionally, you will find a built-in microwave, water filter, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a pantry with an additional large refrigerator and a washer/dryer. The villa has three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with satellite television, air conditioning and a bed that can be adjusted electronically. All bedrooms have a luxurious single bed and open up onto the terrace through a sliding door. The house also has two bathrooms with large showers and an electric towel warmer. From the spacious sun terrace, you can take a dive in the large (5x10 m), heated and chlorine-free swimming pool. This terrace also has a dining area and plenty of loungers. The covered terrace has a delightful dining area and sitting area too conveniently situated close to the barbeque with flue. This barbeque is unique. It inspired by a traditional Spanish bread-making oven. We can’t forget to mention the charming "casita" that has been renovated into a gorgeous garden house or the spacious garage that can be opened and closed with a remote garage door opener or the entrance that opens up onto the covered parking spot situated on the property.
